Celebrating 20 Years

This organization has developed a growing volunteer base that cares for rescued animals and engages in community interaction at the farm and various locations. The photo features Sharon Wallace, Mayor Redekop, and a celebrity horse.

This weekend was a busy one for Last Chance Horse and Pony Rescue and Sanctuary.  Three big events took place, and I couldn't be prouder of all of those that supported us.  Thank You to all of our volunteers that helped out at each event to make them a great success!  Photo Link will be posted very soon!

• Taylor Family Celebrating Ava's Birthday - we hosted a birthday party for Ava, with over 20 of her friends, classmates and their families.  They had a tour and visited the ponies, had pony rides, crafts with their mini ponies and barns, and finally pizza and birthday cake!  
• Fall Fest and 20th Anniversary Open House - Thank You to our Community for coming out on another beautiful sunny fall day to celebrate our Fall Fest and 20th Anniversary Celebration Open House.  Thanks You to our Mayor Redekop, Keith from Wayne Gates' Office and Tom Insinna, Regional Councillor,  for joining us and presenting us with certificates celebrating our Anniversary. Our Communities support and donations are the backbone of our charity. 
• Yard Sale with Proceeds to Benefit LCHPR -  A BIG THANK YOU to the following people for making the Yard Sale a great success: Shirley Sauve, Mary Unrau, Deb Watson, Kortellos family and finally - Loreta Zubas and Susan Naylor.  Your generosity means the world to us!

What a great day on Sunday August 24th, at the Annual Let Pets Live Golf Tournament, Dinner and Auction at the NOTL Golf Club.

Thank You to the Let Pets Live Charity for inviting LCHPR to join them this year, and allows the golfers to visit with our minis - Chewy, 2% and Ace!
