Thank You From Our Amazing Fall Weekend Events
This weekend was a busy one for Last Chance Horse and Pony Rescue and Sanctuary. Three big events took place, and I couldn't be prouder of all of those that supported us. Thank You to all of our volunteers that helped out at each event to make them a great success! Photo Link will be posted very soon!
- Taylor Family Celebrating Ava's Birthday - we hosted a birthday party for Ava, with over 20 of her friends, classmates and their families. They had a tour and visited the ponies, had pony rides, crafts with their mini ponies and barns, and finally pizza and birthday cake!
- Fall Fest and 20th Anniversary Open House - Thank You to our Community for coming out on another beautiful sunny fall day to celebrate our Fall Fest and 20th Anniversary Celebration Open House. Thanks You to our Mayor Redekop, Keith from Wayne Gates' Office and Tom Insinna, Regional Councillor, for joining us and presenting us with certificates celebrating our Anniversary. Our Communities support and donations are the backbone of our charity.
- Yard Sale with Proceeds to Benefit LCHPR - A BIG THANK YOU to the following people for making the Yard Sale a great success: Shirley Sauve, Mary Unrau, Deb Watson, Kortellos family and finally - Loreta Zubas and Susan Naylor. Your generosity means the world to us!

Back by popular demand, we will be hosting a Trivia Night Fundraiser Sat. November 15th at the Ridgeway Legion.
Come Visit
Saturdays 1-4pm Gates Wide Open
- Last Chance Horse and Pony Rescue and Sanctuary opens the gates to everyone on Saturdays 1:00pm - 4:00pm.
- Come enjoy an afternoon with the Rescues. Learn what we do. Participate, have a tour.
- Pop into the Last Chance Mercantile and pickup some Merchandise to sport your support.
- Our Rescues enjoy carrots, apples and watermelon to treat our treasured Rescues, including OLIVER (the Pig) and his goat friends, Romeo and Juliet.

Unlike many organizations, we receive no government funding. Our ability to continue our vital work is solely dependent on the generosity and compassion of individuals like you.
